Stacey McNichol graduated with distinction, earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Lethbridge. She has taught at CGCS since 2010 and has reimagined the physical education program to include a wide variety of activities including ice skating, scootering, golf, rock climbing and most recently skateboarding. While at CGCS, Ms. McNichol has coached all of the athletics teams over the years, including cross country, volleyball, basketball, badminton, soccer, and track and field. Ms. McNichol is an alumni member of the Canadian National Ringette team, representing Canada in two world championships. She continues to coach and play the sport of ringette. A new hobby of hers is the more relaxing sport of paddleboarding.
