Adam Stewart is Senior Vice President with Savills, one of the world’s largest real estate advisory firms. He specializes in office and industrial tenant representation, consulting services, strategic planning, financial analysis, portfolio solutions, disposition, and investment sales. Adam’s areas of expertise include financial analysis and economics. He also serves as Broker of Record for Savills Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver offices, and leads the Calgary Savills office as branch manager and market leader.

While originally from Saskatoon, with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, Adam is a long time Calgarian. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Adam worked in consulting, with specific expertise in social finance, governance, and compensation.

Adam is a proud father of two wonderful children. He spends his spare time with his family and their dog, or skiing, golfing, curling, or playing hockey. He is an active member of the community, helping fundraise for the Lionheart Foundation and coaching his daughter’s soccer.
