Fiona Dougherty is a finance and operations executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the private, public, and educational sectors. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance, Operations & Technology at Retail Media Group Inc., where she leads strategic initiatives across finance, technology, HR, and operations. Fiona brings deep expertise in financial governance, enterprise transformation, and cross-functional leadership. Her career has included senior roles at organizations such as Calgary French & International School and Founders Advantage Capital, as well as consulting engagements focused on internal audit and compliance. Fiona holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). A passionate advocate for girls’ education, Fiona is also a CGCS parent and values the transformative impact the school has had on her daughter. She brings both professional insight and a parent’s perspective to her role on the Board. Outside of work, Fiona is an avid figure skater and softball coach.
